Personalised conversation starters
The hardest part of seeking support isn't always the conversation itself - it's knowing where to begin. We launched Nova as a pure chat interface, knowing this wouldn't be enough long-term. Retention was low and feedback showed some users weren't naturally drawn to AI chatbots. After reviewing conversation transcripts, I noticed clear patterns in what people talked about and saw an opportunity: instead of waiting for users to think of topics, we could actively suggest them.
