Easing blank page anxiety with memory-driven prompts
The hardest part of seeking support isn't always the conversation itself, it's knowing where to begin. We launched Nova as a pure chat interface tucked away in a menu tab, which created unnecessary friction and left users to figure out what to ask on their own. Once we added memory, there was an opportunity to leverage what Nova already knew about users to suggest relevant topics rather than waiting for them to think of something.
