Building for scale: evolving Fenix beyond the MVP

After securing funding with the MVP, we had breathing room to build the features we'd deliberately parked during the initial sprint. The challenge was evolving from a proof-of-concept into a robust marketplace that could scale whilst maintaining the trust and simplicity that made the MVP work.
