Taking a carbon credit marketplace from 0 → 1
Fenix Carbon spotted an opportunity to disrupt the carbon credit market with a direct marketplace connecting buyers and project developers. They had investor backing, early-stage branding, and an ambitious two-month timeline to launch before competitors could move. They brought me on as founding designer to bring their vision to life relatively quickly. This was alongside my full-time job, so I needed to be incredibly efficient with every decision while keeping my designs crystal clear for the dev team.
