Over the years, Unmind has added features on top of its original content offering: AI coaching, therapy, crisis support, mental health training. Clients opt in to these depending on their employee needs. The problem was, no team had owned how users discover features and navigate the web platform. The homepage was designed for content and never evolved with the product. New features got shoehorned into the navigation. Users couldn't easily see what was available to them, and web engagement was low. This matters because web is typically where users land first after signup.
